1) Beans - They are low in fat but have large quantities of several key nutrients, including some Vitamin B, protein, fibre and complex carbohydrates. 2 Servings a day can help lower blood cholesterol
2) Brown Rice - Similar to white rice, brown rice is made up of almost pure complex carbohydrate, however, it also contains high amounts of fibre. Brown rice also contains zinc and some amounts of protein
